  3. 10 Press Ups (On knuckles for seniors)
  4. Saju Jirugi (1 & 2)
  5. Walking Stance - Low Block (Forwards & Backwards)
  6. Walking Stance - Middle Inner Forearm Block Reverse Punch (Forwards & Backwards)
  7. Walking Stance - Obverse Punch
Meaning of White belt

Innocence, as in that of the beginner, having no previous knowledge of Taekwondo.
